Paper People Tassel Banner on Make and Takes!

I'm absolutely thrilled to be a new regular contributor to Make and Takes. You can find my very first project here today which is a "kids craft meets tassel banner". The idea was inspired my my daughter's interest in transforming some tassels I was making into people. I loved he idea so much that we made a banner completely out of paper to form "Tassel People".
